These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vocabvaults.com (the "Site") and any products you buy from Vocab Vaults ("Vocab Vault," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Products for children must be bought by a parent, guardian, or teacher.

We sell digital educational products, including vocabulary packs, workbooks, and writing guides. Products are delivered as downloadable files. We try to describe every product accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or previews are error-free.

Our products are for learning support. We do not guarantee any exam score, job offer, promotion, or specific result.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is due at checkout and processed through Shopify and its payment partners. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the payment.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally as described in our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.

All sales are final, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

When you buy a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and print it for your own learning.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or give away the files

• Upload the files to any website, shared drive, or file-sharing service

• Use the files for a class, team, or organization without a group license

• Copy, modify, or create products based on our content

• Use our content to train, fine-tune, or feed any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system

• Remove copyright notices or branding

Breaking these rules ends your license immediately.

All content on the Site and in our products — text, scenarios, prompts, designs, layouts, logos, and the Vocab Vault name — belongs to Vocab Vaults and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Dictionary definitions are paraphrased or referenced for educational purposes; all other content is original to Vocab Vault.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with it, or by submitting false information.

The Site may link to third-party sites such as YouTube and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vocab Vaults is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

You agree to hold Vocab Vaults harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or products or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
