What do I get when I buy a pack?
A downloadable PDF. Each word entry includes the part of speech, pronunciation, a plain-English definition, common collocations, a real workplace scenario, and a practice prompt. Some products include companion files, listed on the product page.
What level are your products for?
Most packs are for intermediate to advanced learners (about CEFR B1–C1). Each product page states its level.
Where do your definitions come from?
Every definition, pronunciation, and collocation is checked against established English learner's dictionaries before the pack is released. Scenarios and practice prompts are written by Vocab Vault.
Is this American or British English?
Our packs focus on international workplace English. Where American and British pronunciation or spelling differ, we note both.
Do you have products for kids?
Yes — our Kids English line is designed for parents and teachers to use with children. Products are purchased by adults.
Are your products printed or shipped?
No. All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.
Buying and downloading
How do I get my files?
Right after payment, you'll see a download link on your order confirmation page and receive an email with the same link.
I didn't get the email. What now?
Check spam, promotions, and junk folders. Still nothing? Email info@vocabvaults.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
How many times can I download?
Download links may have a limit on the number of downloads or an expiry date. Save your files to your device as soon as you receive them.
Can I print the PDF?
Yes, for your own personal learning use.
What devices work?
Any device that opens PDF files — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Refunds and licensing
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If your file is damaged, incomplete, or won't open, contact us and we'll fix or replace it. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I share the files or use them with my class?
Purchases are for one person's personal use. Sharing, reselling, or uploading the files is not allowed. For classroom or team use, email info@vocabvaults.com to ask about a group license.
